Born in Lakeland, FL, and raised with some Texas roots in San Antonio, Terrence Crovo Jr. brings a mix of Southern grit, coastal spirit, and hospitality to everything he does. After 25 years building a successful career in the action sports industry—where he mastered sales, marketing, and client partnerships—Terrence carried that drive and people-first mindset into real estate.

With a background in Internet Marketing, New Media, and Communications from Full Sail University, Terrence knows how to blend old-fashioned relationship building with modern marketing strategies. He leverages digital tools to showcase homes and land in their best light while keeping the heart of the process rooted in trust, service, and genuine connection.

Terrence’s passion for real estate began with his own journey of buying, selling, and investing in homes. Today, he specializes not only in residential properties but also as a Land & Ranch agent, helping clients secure acreage, farms, and rural retreats across Florida and beyond. Whether it’s a family home, an investment property, or wide-open land, he takes pride in guiding clients through every step of the journey.

When he’s not helping clients, you’ll find Terrence where he feels most at home—riding waves, working the land, or enjoying a good rodeo. He lives in Vero Beach with his wife Tanya and their six children, where community, family, and faith are at the heart of daily life.
